Content Management System (CMS) is an experimental site designed to allow for the manipulation and rearrangement of images and blocks of text. Unlike traditional blogs which present only limited ways of creating sequences of information, CMS allows the user to manipulate and organize image and text as if they were physical sheets of paper.
