Design Collaborations between The Met and Parsons
In collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Media Lab, the experimental digital arm of the venerable New York institution, we ran a design seminar at Parsons exploring how the story of art could be contextualized and told through interactive media.
The seminar explored metadata, curatorial writings, and user-generated contextual information to propose an interactive design component for the inaugural exhibit coinciding with the opening of The Met Breuer, the iconic Marcel Breuer building that formerly housed the Whitney Museum of American Art.
